Once all your data - gene, gut, biomarkers, fitness, lifestyle, are available we’ll schedule your 1:1 sessions:

  • Med 3.0 patient prep call: 30 mins

  • Longevity consultation: 45 mins

  • Gynaecology consultation for women: 45 mins

In all these consults, we will walk you through your personalised report and longevity strategy - grounded in science, tailored for you.
